I am a Lead Architectural Designer and ArchiCAD workflow specialist with over 10 years of experience, including the last three years in the Flemish market.

In my current role, I am responsible for the design and technical development of large industrial, commercial, office and residential projects. I routinely establish the most effective approach to modeling and documentation, making workflow-related decisions throughout the lifecycle of a project. I work closely with project leaders and participate in project meetings.

In addition to being an architect, I have advanced expertise in ArchiCAD and take an active role in improving the office's digital workflows. I create and maintain ArchiCAD templates, establish project structures and modelling standards, develop internal tutorials, and advise colleagues on efficient approaches to complex drafting and modelling challenges.

I am comfortable working with Dutch-language architectural documentation and can produce drawings and documentation from design to execution phase very fast. I can independently prepare complete Omgevingsloket submissions. Furthermore, I produce high-end 3D visualizations and architectural renders in-house when required.

My role is therefore positioned between architectural design, technical development, and digital project production. While client and third-party communication is not the primary focus of my role, I take full ownership of the design and technical decisions within a project and support project leaders with the information and solutions they need.

I currently operate as a B2B subcontractor through my Estonian company and am looking to continue working under this arrangement and am eager to bring my speed, technical knowledge, and design experience to use.
